Youssef Ezzyat, PhD

My research is focused on the neural mechanisms of long-term memory encoding and retrieval. I am a postdoctoral researcher with Michael Kahana in the Department of Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, where I use human intracranial recordings to study memory encoding and modulation. Before coming to Penn I received my PhD with Lila Davachi at NYU investigating how event boundaries influence memory organization.
